Ability to add custom tax rates to our packages

I think it would be a huge benefit to have the ability to add custom tax rates to Trainerize Pay. For example, here in Ontario, I would add a tax rate of 13% for our HST. This would then allow me to market programs for $99 plus tax, instead of $111.87.

    Im gutted that i invested in Trainerize, now im using it i see how many basic things are not even there.

    Taxes, RPE, the list goes on and on. Some ideas have 5000 people begging for it since 2018.

    Customer service also lacking in helping me out or giving serious, valuable responses

    Switching platforms!

    Any update on this?? This would dramatically help as I'm considering alternative software that is able to cater for this from a business management perspective

    This is a massive MUST have for the UK/EU. If you are VAT registered, its a requirement, to show your VAT number and a VAT breakdown on the invoice as a minimum, as a workaround we should/must have the ability to turn invoicing off and use the API instead, like a switch of somesort, Stripe manages the VAT as standard, so can this not be ported across somehow? As now we will need to send another invoice and this risks confusing the clients.

    i have been trying to figure an automatic way to do this in BC for months now. I switched all my clients from PayPal and figured this would be a feature for any large business software. I have integrated stripe, which also allows tax calculations but since I'm not actually selling my products there I can't use it. Please update your tax collection for 2023.

    This is very important for easier business management. Automatic tax would be great. I’m from Quebec.
    I have to go through another pay option on my website because it makes the invoices with breakdown of taxes. As soon as this is available I will switch to trainerize because it is much less complicated.

    I agree! There should be a sales tax section and an integrated way to collect transaction reports for sales tax & income reporting - especially with the integration of Stripe Connect
