Allow to upload documents (PDF, Word, etc) to our clients profile
It would be nice to be able to share with my clients all sort of documents (evaluations sheets, progress stats, etc).
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your feedback. With the latest upgrade, we’ve now added the option to add up to 4 PDF forms as part of the customizable welcome e-mail.
You can upload additional onboarding PDFs or welcome kits in this section that will be automatically sent out whenever you add a new client to Trainerize.
For more information, you can see our help article here:

PDF's would be the absolute minimum, but would love to be able to upload all types of different files such as video, wrd, excel, ppt, and so on

This is a must from me please. Simple ability to be able to upload pdfs and word documents, that underline hints and tips and perhaps 'the finer points' of an exercise that you can't fit in the instructions part of the workout.

I am trying out the trial version before purchase. So far, I really appreciate the capabilities that it offers...however, I do think that being able to upload/add our own forms to send out would be very helpful ....I know it was mentioned in some other threads but further evaluation forms, general "starter packets" and release of liability/contracts would streamline everything on here instead of having to manually send them to clients from our emails. I appreciate your consideration of this addition!

I would like to have a general access area where i can put info, reference material, general stuff for all clients (or divide by category) as well as post specifically to a single client's account.
As far as types, I would say PDF is a must, image would be next; and I would really really like to be able to post video -as in a coaching note, or general "how to" guide as in
1. Here's how to do a deadlift
2. Here's how to do a KB swing
(because a video of this time a depth would not suffice for the movement itself which would have be only 10-15 sec in length to be effective) -

I already use shared documents on my Google Drive, but being able to upload files would be great.
At the very least, allow attachments in messages.

Hey guys,
Under your training plan or your workout instructions, you should be able to paste a share link to a Dropbox, Evernote or your Google Drive file. Your clients will be able to open it via the web or mobile. We have a few trainers doing that.
We are looking at more options to attach documents.

How about using a link to dropbox where people could get the documents?
