Larger Reply Message boxis To SMALL!
The message window in both the client and the App are entirely too small and on very bottom of screen. It is a waste of a screen to have room for only one line and in a very small font, when that is the main function of the screen. Please make the Type Message window larger to allow for a larger viewing font and not on very bottom of screen. Thanks.

When typing messages to clients, some of the text is hidden. Can you make the text box either larger or reformat so can see all of the text?

The chat box is SO SMALL. I get client complaints about it all the time and struggle myself. Or add a new feature to allow for client check in's where we add the questions

In the mobile app it’s sometimes impossible to click on a place in your response and correct it once you’ve gotten further down in the message. It makes you have to erase a bunch of what you’ve said and rewrite rather than letting you click a place to go back to.
