Built-in meal plan generator/builder that gives meal plan with recipes and shopping list
You pick a certain diet for them and from there can be a library of recipes to pick from like the workouts but for food. Then be able to swap out foods or change parts of their meal plan directly in Trainerize.
Something like myPTHub or evolution nutrition. Keep everything under one roof.
This should be viewable on the calendar without having to download an old-school PDF.
Thank you everyone for voting for this idea. This is completed and you can find more information on this link https://www.trainerize.com/blog/introducing-trainerize-nutrition-coaching/

Yes I think this would make trainerize the absolute best PT app out there

100% the only thing myPThub has over Trainerize, it’s a huge part of people successfully losing weight/reaching whatever their goal is so it’s extremely hard to not have this feature and still provide a sound service to clients (unless using some other program in conjunction with Trainerize)

Something better than evolution nutrition. User friendly that will allow you to calculate macros for clients and make counting easy for them.

This would be great. The ability to assign a nutrition plan to a product and to the client and whe they can track. I've used EN but it's not convenient for having everything for client in one spot and it's a pdf not an actual log

YES!
I tried using Evolution Nutrition and it was just unsuitable for my clients.I want to be able to create real world options for the average Jane (I train women only) with it being easy access in one place.

I'm using Nutritics for diet analysis and meal planning - incredibly easy to use and build recipes for simple adds into plans, big sell over, it'd be awesome to integrate this into Trainerize as, having tried EN it's far more flexible and user friendly.

A feature that enables clients to select certain foods & recipes onto a weekly online printable planner to allow them to shop & meal prep more efficiently. A downloadable shopping list automated from each weekly menu a client puts together.

Yes please. I've tried EN for meal plan, but it's inconvient to not have access to be able to log the meal within the app. I've also been trying EatThisMuch.com for meal planning and like it over EN because of the tracking ability and ease of adding custom recipes and plans, as well as tracking and substituting food on the go. It might be a possible integration to look into to go along with MF and EN.
Also, water and other healthy habit tracking would be great to have (water, vegetables, meditation, self-care, etc)

Evolution has very dated nutritional recommendations. I have created my own meal plans in evolution nutrition but it is not easy to add meal plans into trainerize after assigning the first. I couldn't find a good meal plan in the lists after searching for over an hour without having to swap out most of the original plan. I assigned it to give the client a starting point while I created a healthy meal plan from scratch on the site and it won't allow me to assign it. I have google docs for meal plans and saved as a pdf but trainerize again doesn't seem to allow me to add a new plan or healthy eating tips into nutrition section.

It would be great if trainers can sell training/nutrition plans to clients

No sense in new features if they can’t be utilized properly because of app crashing.
However, would love to see meal plan integration for the app. -

I am using My PT Hub, now, instead of Trainerize, because of the nutrition app (and it is EXPONENTIALLY cheaper). But, I will switch back to Trainerize once they get the missing features implemented)

Adding a nutrition app would be a game changer for the client, trainer and trainerize. I see a lot of trainers posting they picked PT hub over trainerize bc of this feature

Have a Nutrition Plan builder like pt hub please this is a must with supplement integration. and let client add what extras they have eaten
Also let them add how much water they drunk during the dayLook at Lifesum the app to get an idea of what I mean
This is a must -

It's all well and good being able to see calories and a breakdown of macros but what would make the app a more valuable tool for personal trainers would be that the trainer can set calorie or macro nutrient goals. Even maybe look into allow trainers to set meal plans for clients

I would like to see the app include adaptable nutrition plans. My fitness pal is great for tracking but being able to modify a nutrition plan as well as training would be handy for the client to load nutrition plans and training plans in one place.

This software should really include its own database (similar to how we create workouts) but for meal plans. I realize you can do this with Evolutuon Nutrition but it really is a pain the the rear using all these different apps and softwares. Trainerize allowing this to happen in their own software would be HUGE!

Constantly on the go and it would save time if we can update meal plans or even create them from our mobile devices! Thank you!
