    yes. I want to do Amrap circuits. ie. 10 push ups, 10 superman 10 pull ups as many times through in 10 minutes.

    Great for building a timed ladder workout too.

    YES!
    I tried using Evolution Nutrition and it was just unsuitable for my clients.

    I want to be able to create real world options for the average Jane (I train women only) with it being easy access in one place.
