I wanted to send out a new product invitation email to a bunch of previous 'basic' clients. The current email they receive looks aggressive and as if they have signed up for something without knowing. All that I'm trying to do is showcase my new product with some discount for them if they re-sub. It needs to be customisable.

This seems like a pretty big oversight. We got this for a branded app but the email can't be branded. No bueno! At least let me turn it off so I can build it in another software.

This is sooooo important! I have paid money to have a customized app in order for a clean, consistent user experience to match my branding and the invitation email just completely throws it off. Not to mention it's confusing for my clients. I need to be able to change the colors, font, text size, buttons, links, text etc.

We want to have the 'Powered by Trainerize' text removed from the e-mail footer since it is a white-labeled app.

It would be great to have the option to add a different welcome letter depending on the type of programmed offered. For example - I would want the option in the setup to send different details in the welcome letter to a high priced package vs a low price package.

Allow us to customize the invitation/setup email

Be able to edit the invitation email

Be able to customize the email title to something other than my business name

Be able to have more customization in the client onboarding process. For example, being able to make it mandatory for clients to enter certain pieces of information like their address.

I´m using trainerize in a non english speaking country - Therefore when a Send Invitation Email is delivered to my clients , those of them who don't have fluid english or barely speak , have difficulties understanding what is the mail about .

Though its something sipmle, I have to make extra efforts explaining this taking into consideration that we will pay the customizable app version

The welcome emailed should be customizable to the specific requirements of each company using trainerize. When clients sign up with a company using trainerize as their platform, they are signing up with that company, not trainerize, so the initial welcome they receive should be modifiable (like the consultation form) to include pertinent information from the company they've signed up with.
