Send clients videos through messages from the Trainerize Library of workouts and stretches
I want to be able to send Trainerize videos to my clients when messaging them.
Like workouts, stretches and foam rolling. Sometimes my clients want to substitute a workout with another workout and it would be great to just find one and send them a video. Same goes with stretching and foam rolling.
