Add in product categories
Allow products to be categorised (e.g. online, virtual, in person, by duration, type, etc)

I would love a way to organize my products because I have multiple iterations and payment methods for the same product, and they are so hard to find when they are all in one list. This would make things so much more efficient and organized.
