Allow Trainers to have a 14 day free trial for clients- without taking up paying clients seats / available seats in the trainers system.
Doing free 14 day trials / challenges helps trainers build some proof and sell clients into a full program. However, they currently take up a seat on our paid clients roster. It would be nice to have maybe up to 20 seats/slots for clients to do a 14 day trial with us, that does not occupy a seat from our allowance. I know PT distinction allows for this currently at no charge to the trainer. as well as a couple other apps. Would love to see trainerize be able to match something like this for us- even with limited spots to like 20 people at a time for trials.
We are happy to announce that this can now be done via the Business Add-On! Create Trial Products and gain new customers for up to 14-days w/o taking a seat. More details here: https://www.trainerize.com/blog/trial-products/

No right now? this needs to be reevaluated! That service is a MUST for us trainer to allow potential clients to try our services without taking a coaching seat. How can we use Trainerize as a Lead Magnet without costing us so much?

Offering a Trial option with automatic roll in into the paid programming (unless cancel) without client having to actually purchase the paid programming. This is allowing clients more time to question/hesitate and not continue on with the program.
Less work for client = greater client retention. -

ability to set 1 week or 2 weeks trials would be so helpful in selling out products. They are pretty standard with most membership programs these days. Having to create a free product which the client then has to re sell back in to to become a paid customer is very clunky selling and just creates more barriers to entry. If we could set 1,2, weeks trials that would def help us create a more seamless selling process.

The problem is that there's no way to offer a free trial of less time than the billing cycle. For example, we have a 3 month membership. I want to offer a 2 wk trial, but when I put in a "valid for" of 2 weeks, it gives the whole 3 months away because the 3 month billing cycle occurs during the first 2 weeks and it applies the discount to all billing cycles that occur during the "valid for" time. This makes the feature unusable for free trials.

The existing problem is risking purchasing an expensive plan before knowing the feedback or response to the free trial.

I have also asked for this idea.

Program is setup to give 15 day trial to a new customer, that then rolls into a recurring monthly paid program. The charge for monthly program is done on the 16th day. I have tried to figure out how to create this automated program, and find it is not possible. As a company, we know 15 day trials work very well. Gets someone setup and loving the program with no risk.

I would like to offer a 7-day free trial that converts into a monthly membership, as atm I can only set up a 7 day free trial on a recurring weekly product- which means people or more likely to drop off paying weekly and I don't want to set up a free month, as that's too long.

Be able to post a link to a free-trial or promo sign up page so clients can enter their e-mail. The sign up page can optionally accept free trials.

This is good to get new customers to sign up themselves. People would like to try before spending their money. A few days or one week free trial will be an awesome feature.

I have already emailed you a few times about this and someone brought this up already, BUT, some of us have lots of clients and have memberships where we NEED links to Master Programs WITHOUT having to go through Trainerize Pay.
This would give us the ability to insert our links in Thank You pages (on our own sites where we sell to customers) or simply have the links to send out to clients or groups of clients to sign up on their own. AS it sits now, we must MANUALLY subscribe customers. That's a pain.
It's insane how you guys haven't done this while other PT apps have, i.e., PT HUB. In fact, I am still with PT HUB and haven't left BECAUSE of this. I haven't fully committed to Trainerize and this is the primary reason why. Plus PT HUB is priced better, but I would come over here and leave PT HUB entirely if your developers would provide links for Master Programs.
Trainerize: GET IT TOGETHER.

The process of getting payment info into Trainerize, and then having to invite clients to purchase products, and then have them accept, and then possibly re enter payment info if it didn't load correctly the first time (which has happened to every one of my clients thus far) is far too confusing. It has actually caused me to lose a number of clients!! There needs to be more energy put into making this process more seamless, such as requesting payment info upon set up so clients can be billed as soon as they accept a product request.
