I would like to scrub to a certain frame for a video workout.

This definitely gives a much more professional look to the workouts and programs.

This needs to be possible, we are just starting to roll out on demand videos and it looks poor from a client perspective.

We have live coaching calls as a huge part of our program, recordings of which I often have to split because they go over an hour. It often pulls in a client's face for the thumbnail which they do not like.

I was extremely disappointed to hear from the customer support team that this feature is still not available. I was under the impression that we could do this, since the stock videos have this feature. As a result, I have been paying my editor to make separate thumbnail videos. I found it misleading that the stock videos have this feature but we can't use it. It even cost us money because of that. I should have done my due diligence to see if I could do it on my own. However, it seemed apparent at the time that I could do this since the stock videos have that feature. A video thumbnail feature, or even in the meantime just being able to select what frame you want, would greatly enhance the clients experience with the app. I would love to see it added.

This needs to happen - it makes the on-demand workouts so unapealing if there is a random frame to represent the workout. Please add this to the roadmap!

Yes!! this is huge for when clients are traveling and wifi/service is limited, they are able to at least see a portion of the exercise/stretch vs. only seeing the beginning of the video. This seems logical for easy viewing if clients only need a quick reference!

This is huge. The UX/UI have to work together. Right now if I want to have custom thumbnails on the vid then I have to upload/unlist to youtube, place that hyperlink as a workout(the risk is this video being shared and not being native to the app). But then the interface is clunky because it can't be used as an "on demand" video. I need the ability to brand and it's why I bought into the idea of a white label app. Hope more votes come through on this topic.

Will nothing ever change about that? sorry, but without a thumbnail the Trainerize video drive is useless..

Currently there is no way to specify the video thumbnail for my on demand workouts, it seems to be randomly selected and sometimes it's terrible. the ability to either select from the video or upload an image file to set as the thumbnail would look much more professional.
