Be able to pick an exercise or upload a thumbnail for a workout
I am considering making a basic "how to use" video for each session with a thumbnail including the full workout name. Since I already have all of that info in the workout description, it would be much nicer if I could just add a thumbnail to the workout itself. Would also get rid of having the same image for every workout (since I use the same movement prep warmup for every session).

Any update on this? We are able to do this for adding recipes, but not workouts, kind of crazy to not be able to do both.

This is a great idea. All my workouts have the same thumbnail since I use the same warm-up routine for most of them and it's pretty annoying tbh.
