Hey Ryan, my name is Adam and i just wanted to share some thoughts I've had recently about this topic. I've actually transitioned away from things like spreadsheets and other formats and moved to apps like this and TrainHeroic because I moved my business model away from supplying a product to supply a service. So what that means to me is that I wanted to people to start viewing the coaching feedback and program continuation as the service which leads to a better connection and longer client/coach relationship as opposed to sending them a 12-week program that they completed and have saved and now just continue to use instead of getting new updated training from me. so instead of them "buying" the program from you they now are buying the coaching from you and also keeps your intellectual property safe (I.e.the programming) because they can't really save a copy of it unless they want to take a sheet of paper and write down every workout. So this is actually one of the big reasons I moved to a platform like this. Just food for thought and I wish you all the best and steady health for your clients.
