It’s weird that the app automatically responds for trainers. For example, the app wished my client happy birthday as if it was me sending the message. Unaware of that message being sent when I was off work. I came to work the next day to meet that client unaware that my clients birthday has passed. It would be nice if we can at least receive a notification when the app is speaking for us. That way we can be consistent with the conversations in the chats, with our real life. So we can avoid the awkwardness of not knowing it was their birthday, even though they thought we did.
