A group chat akin to discord or Telegram. A chat where all of our clients could motivate each other and see that they are in this together! This would be way better for client success and it’s way better than having a third-party handle team motivation. It keeps everything in one place so our clients feel like they’re in a community and a program that doesn’t take place on 18 different platforms. It also helps them to know that others endure the same struggles as their peers.

You would also have less client cancellations as they see everyone else would be pushing themselves thus there’s more of an inherent sense of responsibility for them to stay consistent and not give up after a month or so.
