Ability to add offline clients without inputting an email address
If the client type is selected as "offline" the email address field shouldn't be required to create that client's account

yes, it's confusing to my in-person clients that they are getting an email invite when they won't be using the app at all and we discuss session appointments at the end of their session anyways. I have to add them as a Basic client and then downgrade them to avoid sending an email.
