Enhanced Team Collaboration and Two-Way Calendar Integration for Studios
Hi Trainerize Team,
I appreciate the continuous improvements and features Trainerize provides. However, there are a few key enhancements that would significantly benefit studios and their clients:
Two-Way Calendar Integration:
Current Limitation: Trainerize currently integrates with Google Calendar, but only supports one-way synchronization (Trainerize events appear in Google Calendar but not vice versa).
Desired Improvement: Implement two-way synchronization so that events added or modified in Google Calendar are automatically reflected in Trainerize and vice versa. This will ensure that schedules are always up to date across all platforms, reducing the risk of double bookings and scheduling conflicts.
Custom Forms Integration:
Current Limitation: There is currently no capability to create and integrate custom forms directly into the agenda.
Desired Improvement: Enable the creation and integration of custom forms for various purposes, such as client intake, feedback, and progress tracking, directly linked to the agenda and other relevant sections of the app. This would streamline data collection and management, making it easier to personalize and track client progress.
Enhanced Team Collaboration Features:
Task Management: Introduce a task management system that allows for the creation, assignment, and tracking of tasks within the team. This would improve coordination and ensure that all team members are aligned on their responsibilities.
Internal Appointments/Meetings: Provide the ability to schedule internal appointments and meetings with colleagues, viewable on a shared team calendar. This feature would facilitate better communication and planning within the team, helping us stay organized and efficient.
These enhancements would greatly improve the ability of studios to manage schedules, collaborate as a team, and provide a seamless experience for both trainers and clients. I believe these features would be valuable additions to Trainerize and would enhance its functionality for many users in the fitness community.
