Weigh-In Tracking with Phases
Graphical Progress: Both coaches and clients can view a graph of weigh-ins over time.
Phase Selection: Coaches can choose a specific phase (e.g., fat loss, maintenance, lean gaining) for each client. Based on the selected phase, the app automatically adjusts weigh-in goals and tracking rules, such as:
Fat Loss Phase: Gradual weight loss (e.g., 0.5-1% per week).
Maintenance Phase: Stabilizing weight and maintaining consistency.
Lean Gaining Phase: Slow weight gain (e.g., 0.25-0.5 kg per month), focused on muscle mass.
Automatic Feedback: The graph should provide real-time feedback to both coach and client, showing if the client is on track with their phase goals.
