Enhancements to Meal Planning
- Meal Flexibility for 1400kcal Plan: Currently, the 1400kcal plan is limited to 3 meals. Allowing for 4 meals at this level would be ideal since most of my female clients eat around these calories and 3 meals are not enough..
- Nutrition Master Plans: Creating pre-set nutrition templates for common calorie targets (1400, 2000, 2500, 3000kcal) would streamline the planning process for coaches and allow for quicker client onboarding.
- Daily Macros/Calories Display: A real-time display of macros and calories for each day within the meal planner would provide valuable insights and allow for easier adjustments.
- Concise Weekly Meal View: A printable summary of the week's meals (e.g., "Monday - Breakfast: Omelette, Snack: Protein Bar" etc -without ingredients & instructions, these can be found on the app) would offer a quick and easy overview for clients - most of them would like a printed version as well for their fridge.
