Modular Programming Sections
Modular Programming “Sections” (Similar to Everfit)
As a coach, one of the most valuable tools in Everfit is the ability to create and save reusable “Sections” — such as Warm-Ups, Movement Prep, Prehab, Conditioning Blocks, etc. These can then be quickly inserted into any workout.
Here’s what this feature could look like in Trainerize:
The ability to build and save named sections (e.g., “Lower Body MAP Warm-Up,” “Prehab for Runners,” “Sprint Prep Block”).
Easily drag-and-drop these into workouts within a program or client plan.
Optional setting to link the section to the original, so updates apply across the board.
Clearly labelled sections within the client-facing view (e.g., “Warm-Up – Focus: Mobilize and Activate Hips”).
Benefits for Coaches:
Faster, more consistent programming across clients and templates.
Easy scalability when working with larger client bases or teams.
Centralized updates when warm-up protocols or rehab routines need refreshing.
Benefits for Clients:
Clear structure and purpose: Clients can immediately see what part of the session they’re in and what the intent is (e.g., “This is prehab for your knees,” “This is your sprint potentiation block”).
Improved education and engagement: Clients become more connected to their training by understanding the “why” behind each phase.
Better adherence and execution: When clients understand the purpose of each section, they’re more likely to take it seriously and perform it properly.
This feature would massively improve the coaching workflow and elevate the client training experience at the same time.
