I’m a new coach using ABC Trainerize and I love the platform so far. I work with clients who have a wide range of fitness levels—from beginners to advanced athletes. I want to create workout plans that feel personalized for each level without having to build every single program from scratch.
Is there a way within ABC Trainerize to set up customizable templates or adjustable difficulty levels that clients can choose or that update automatically based on their progress? Or do most coaches build completely separate plans for each client?
Would appreciate any tips or best practices on efficiently managing diverse client needs within ABC Trainerize. Thanks in advance!
