Prevent Harassment from Gym Billing
Hello Trainerize Team,
I wanted to share some feedback that might help improve the app experience for users who attempt to cancel their gym memberships. Apparently they make it so it is impossible to ever cancel!
Right now, when a UFC gym membership is cancelled, accounts remain in a “Cancellation Pending” state. This creates confusion — both for users and for the gyms — because it’s unclear whether the account is truly inactive. In my case, despite officially cancelling (in person, by email, and no longer attending), my gym continues to contact and even threaten to send my account to collections. It seems the gym doesn’t know the cancellation is complete, which leaves users stuck in a frustrating situation. My Trainerize account is forever in a flux state of Cancellation Pending
A feature that allows users to clearly mark and confirm when an account is fully cancelled and disconnected from a gym would help prevent this type of issue.
That said, please help me permanently delete my UFCGym.Trainerize account, and all related data immediately.
