Prospects have been able to cancel at the last minute before a consultation which is unfortunate for my time and planning. There needs to be specific windows of booking and cancellations for prospects. Prospect calls should not follow the class booking structure.

And the switch to coaching is nice, but there needs to be a way to flag bad prospects as well or a way to leave internal notes about prospects.
