Eccentric/Concentric
Is there a way to add eccentric/concentric focused times and/or unilateral training times to the app for exercises?
It gives text and time already (which I use) but the total workout time doesn't reflect the ecc/con time constraint with exercises. I've had confused clients thinking the workout was only going to be "33 minutes" but in reality it will still a 45-50 minute workout. I have told them that the ecc/con and unilateral training does take twice as long per exercise due to having to do it on each side before taking a rest period.
It would make explaining it easier and be more accurate for my client's (especially my online clients) if the total time was able to reflect those exercise times more accurately.
