It genuinely blows my mind that there’s no way to bulk delete scheduled messages, and even more so that there’s no clear warning anywhere that setting up long-term automated messages can create a major admin issue later on.

I set up an automated message for a client who was struggling with water intake, twice per day, scheduled over 6 months. The habit has been well and truly established, which is obviously a good outcome.

However, she’s now asked multiple times for the messages to stop, and the only solution available is for me to manually go into her calendar and delete hundreds of individual messages, one by one.

That’s not just inefficient; it’s completely impractical.
For a platform built around automation and scalability, this feels like a huge oversight.

Honestly, it’s bonkers that this isn’t already a basic feature.
