Help shape what we build next for the AI Workout Builder 🤖💪
We’re actively working on improving the AI Workout Builder—and we want your input.
What should we build next?
This is the place to suggest, discuss, and vote on new AI features you’d love to see. Your feedback directly helps us prioritize what comes next.
Some examples of ideas we’re exploring (just to spark inspiration):
- Multiple workouts in a single chat (generate variations or a series without starting over)
- Creating full programs with AI, not just individual workouts
- Conversation history, so you can revisit, tweak, or continue past AI sessions
Have a different idea? Even better.
Post it below and explain how you’d use it in your coaching workflow!
Thanks for helping us build an AI tool that actually fits the way you coach 🙌

Currently, when trying to create a circuit, it batches all the exerices togehter under one large circuit. I would like AI to be able to separate circuits into groups of 2-5 exercises with multiple groups per workout.

Would be nice if you made changes to workout format. Something I've asked for YEARS. AMRAP, combining hiit and regular in one workout, tempo, quarter reps etc. It's nice to get all this new stuff, but it would be nicer if the basics were sorted first.

Make the app multi-language. This isnt important at all. We know how to create a workout, what we dont know is how to teach another language to our clients.

I want the ability to view current client programs. So I could say something like - build a program similar to my client John, but he can only workout 3 days instead of 4. Adjust volume and consolidate program.

Please build a work out for specific disease states: for example Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS is an endocrine and metabolic disorder affecting 10-20% of all women that causes weight gain and obesity. Resistance training is typically recommended bc of increased insulin receptors seen on muscle.

Option to turn this feature off will be key to my business. I do NOT want it.

Stop putting AI in the forefront. In my opinion, it's unethical to our clients, and we should be using our BRAIN, not a robot to make programming.

I would like to be able to design a program for my client and refine it through ai.

Creating full programs with AI based on conversation history, training history and PRs would be ideal. Allowing some training of the AI based on your profile would be helpful.
For examples, teaching the AI how we like to progress movement patterns would be great!

Could you make it possible for the AI to either only use "custom exercises" or translate exercises into other languages like german?
-
Amber Reid commented
could you make it so it can choose to only select from 'custom exercises' as we have our own branded ones and dont want to use the system ones.

Full pahses with progressive overload, taking the clients injuries etc into consideration

It would be very beneficial for the AI chat to generate new phases of the program and set it up by itself. And also having the AI to understand the client's pattern when it comes to their strength progression and nutritional habits. So that its easier to guide them moving forward. Instead of having to check their nutrition log ins each day.

can you build 2 full body workouts making sure you are training every muscle group both times please and add some core / hiit type cardio for a third day

Creating full multi phased programs would be great! Also having a conversation history would be very very helpful

the ability to add to the knowledge base of our ai chats by including some outside information around methodology and exercise modalities and for it remember it moving forward

Help to assess volume and tweak new programs to add variety, innovative execution protocols and help me provide top notch programming that reduces the time I spend writing custom programs while keeping the level of attention that I put into writing programs. I spend hours working on programming each week tailored to my clients.

I don't want a generic exercise AI. What I'd love is an AI that can do things look back my clients workout histories and suggest progressions for specific clients. It would be vital that this AI not just look at sets/reps/weights, but also the feedback effort slider and any comments clients leave. There are a gazillion AIs already out there than can build workouts. This only adds meaningful value if it can intelligently look at MY clients and MY programs and work from there.

I need to be able to create full programs with progressive phases and make edits easily. My client base is military, law enforcement etc and being able to create individualized programs based off of their, current needs, limitations and available equipment is crucial to my business. Having a calendar layout option would also be helpful

I’m sharing this Master Instruction Sheet because programming structure and progression are extremely important to me. I’ve invested a lot of time building a system that ensures workouts aren’t random — they follow movement pattern balance, phase-based progression, RPE structure, and intelligent overload.
I’ve also uploaded my own workouts and exercise database into this system. My priority is making sure programs can logically progress from phase to phase, adapt to injuries or limitations, and stay highly specific to the individual client (age, experience, equipment access, recovery capacity, etc.).
I’m not assuming these principles aren’t already integrated — but I want to be clear on what matters most to me: precision, progression, and client-specific execution over generic generation.
I’m also including a supporting document outlining the general guidelines and coaching standards I operate from.
