Many coaches offer multiple products and services within the same Trainerize account (e.g., online coaching, small group training, in-person training, challenges, programs, etc.).

Currently, Terms of Use and intake forms apply globally to all clients, regardless of the product they purchase.

It would be extremely helpful to allow coaches to:

• Create different Terms of Use per product
• Assign specific waiver agreements to specific programs
• Use different intake forms depending on the service
• Customize onboarding flows based on product type

For example:
An in-person training client may require a different liability waiver than an online coaching client.
A nutrition challenge may require a different intake form than a strength training program.

This feature would improve:

• Legal compliance
• Professionalism
• Client experience
• Operational organization

Allowing product-level customization of terms and forms would make Trainerize much more scalable for businesses offering multiple service tiers.
