Is There a Way to Automatically Adjust Workout Plans Based on Client Progress?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Trainerize for a while now and really like how easy it is to assign programs, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to make workouts adjust automatically based on client progress. For example, if a client consistently hits their targets or logs higher weights, can the system increase difficulty or suggest progression without me manually updating everything each time?
I work with multiple clients, so automating even part of this process would save a lot of time while keeping programs personalized. If anyone has found a good workflow or workaround for this, I’d really appreciate your input. Thanks! geometry dash meltdown
