visibility of coaches messages
currently, unless you set up a group with yourself, the trainer and the client - you cannot see messages between the trainer and client even if it's your business and you're trying to quality monitor. the group option is not ideal because the client has to remember to switch to the group option - please give business owners visibility of all client and trainer messages
