need calories to go down to 1200 or 1300 as a minimum.
also need more recipes that are not so many calories as it's impossible to build a meal plan for someone on a lower calorie diet. There is no wiggle room for them to add in any extra snacks or drinks on top either.

Yes I have a couple of very small clients! 4'10' :) They really do need to go down to those numbers. Even myself, 1300 is my target for fat loss. :)
