This is super important. I haven't used this feature with clients yet but I won't bother trying they can just send me videos from their phones. It's messy but way easier if they could just upload them.

I agree! I have Google meets, FB messenger, Zoom, Teams, and probably more but no one I know uses Skype anymore.

I feel exactly the same way. I work with ED recovery clients as well and am PN1 certified. I want to steer clear of triggering calorie and gram counting. I just want hand portions and photos.

I'm also wishing we could add our own thumbnails. I'm getting a lot of images that are hard to read
