Flexible end dates for training plan - months or days - monthly or 90 days memberships
Mindbody holds & manages all our client info – including purchases etc. Automated emails are sent to our clients when their memberships & series purchases expire … either 3 months, 6 months, 12 months etc.
Trainerize needs to align with this. So if a client purchases a 3 month online unlimited membership, and we retail the client today on 12 Feb, Mindbody will reflect on 12 May that their Membership expires (and they get automated emails leading up to this date). So now, Trainerize needs to align with this – exactly, to the day. We don’t work in weeks, we work in months – we set up MONTHLY training plans not weekly training plans.
And it would be BRILLIANT if Trainerize Syncs with Mindbody so that when their Membership expires in MB, their training plan automatically falls away or they cannot get into their account - this would really help if it was automated - it will lessen the administrative burden & eliminate user error. Right now, a client could actually still have access to their training plan, yet their membership has expired - unless we manually deactivate them.
