Add ability to periodize training sessions
In addition to prior requests for %rep max loading, and being able to specify rest after a set or move, and specifying movement speed (ie if there is to be a pause or it is a 2-1-1 or 2-0-1 tempo)
I would like to be able to have the site and app allow me to program weekly progressions in the same training program; for example;
* increase # sets weekly from 2 1st week to 2 in 2nd and 4 in 3rd & 4th as in linear or Alt linear programming
* vary reps in a set (ie descending set as in 7R, 5R, 3R, 3R
* vary set / rep scheme by workout or by week (as in undulating approach) such as 2x20, 4x5 next, 3x12 next

This great but you can’t do it without having to schedule workouts in specific days. My clients train on their own schedule I can’t schedule the days so I can’t use this feature
