Add the ability to restore a training plan that was accidentally deleted

Retain deleted training plans in an undelete folder for at least a period of time so that wecan restore plans which were either accidentally deleted or were intentionally deleted but then lwe wished later that we wouldn't have deleted them.

    Hey Trevor - is there a one time ability to get a plan back? One was accidentally deleted and all the exercises were in that plan. Is there an ability for a one time save just lost hours and hours of work by accident as the system just deleted when I didn’t intend for it to the site froze as I was clicking edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
