Printable 4-6 week training plan with space for training data
Ability to print out a one pager that lists the exercises/pictures included in the training plan, along with space to record 4-6 weeks of training data such as sets, reps, rest period, load and tempo.

Tops gyms like Results Fitness in Santa Clarita or Cressey Performance in MA both print out their programs for their clients that go into their client's folders where they can record data for their workouts that are 4-6 weeks in duration.
