CrossFit Style AMRAP workout - Ability to put AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) as a value when adding number of sets.
Currently when putting in a value for the number of sets for the exercise it is not possible to put anything other than a number.
It would be great to have the ability to put in AMRAP if the exercise is to be completed for As Many Rounds As Possible in a set amount of time.
For Example:
AMRAP in 5 minutes
Box Jumps AMRAP x 10 Reps
Pushups AMRAP x 10 Reps

Workout Trainer by Skimble has a great workout timer! Something like that, that allows you to subtract or add seconds based on difficulty as well as the EMOM idea mentioned above would be soo curicial!

It would also be great if the interval timer allows for more manual control by the client. Like I did a workout that consisted of stretches, each one is 30 seconds. But my client said it would be better if she could control when she wants to start and stop each stretch, instead of the tier automatically going to the next. Or is that only solved by putting a rest after each stretch? That just seems like a lot of rests

Love this thread! I would like to be able to adjust acute variables( time and rest ratios) within the progression templates in the calendar programming, not just numbers of sets.

Frustrating that intervals can only be one circuit. Would be nice to have it on repeat, so they can do circuit intervals to make use of the timer

It would also be nice to be able to fast forward through intervals for when the app crashes when halfway through a workout.

The timer needs improving drastically.
AMRAP & For time options. (Set a a time limit and have a simple plus button to add your rounds)
EMOM (set the number of rounds with a countdown 5 secs before every minute)
Circuit (select number of rounds, work and rest time)
stopwatch (times your workout) -

Workouts are timed from start to finish. Clients can have more insight and trainers can gauge their client’s intensity levels if working virtually.

I use the program to use a lot of timed workouts. From doing rounds for time as well as AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). It will nice to be able to put the total number of rounds some got as well as the overal time to complete the workout.

When performing a circuit, for example 10 squats, 10 sit ups, 10 sit ups for 4 rounds. There should be a way to record the time taken that is then recorded and can be seen on a progress graph.
Saw the client took 10 minutes to do this workout the first time, then 8 minutes the week after, then 6 minutes- this should be able to be easily viewed on the app, rather than improvement of each exercise which isn't as relevant to circuit workout sessions
-
Include a global timer so client can track session time. Could be used to try to beat previous session completion time.

This is such a necessary thing to have in my eyes, it is a great way to get a client's cardio in while also beating previous performance!

Currrently, there is 1 space other than weight/reps to input info for said exercise.
Other variables like temp "1-1-2-1" or AMRAP or EMOM etc, can we have specific additions we can select rather than everytime manually keying in these? It will help with variations of trainers - strength coaches / hypertrophy / fat loss / strongman / crossfit etc,.

I think this would be great too have! Clients get very confused when I put 0 or 1 in the sets.

Hi all, I found a fantastic application for TABATA exercise. You can set the intervals and listen to music while you perform. You can download it here:
