Alert coaches when an exercise was recently programmed for a client
Alert coaches when an exercise was recently programmed for a client when making new programming. This will save time when creating new programs for clients as it won't be necessary to look back at all previous to make sure exercises aren't being repeated too much.

Updates to program features
Issue: It is restrictive with the settings for the exercises you are putting into a program, these are the added functionality that would improve programming
Manual Times for exercise time: to be able to set time manually and/or have more options in the drop down e.g. 40min, 45min, 50min and longer and have minutes 1 - 20min

Common Exercises with a Dip Station Home Gym
A dip station home gym is a piece of fitness equipment designed for performing dips, an effective bodyweight exercise primarily targeting the triceps, shoulders, and chest. It’s a versatile and compact piece of equipment that allows for various upper-body exercises in a home workout setting.

Be able to train myself
It would be great if I could train myself on the app and keep track of my weights and workouts without being charged as a paid client and taking up a seat on my subscription.

On-Demand for Basic Clients
I am trying to get my workout "club" into the virtual space - which means live workouts and on-demand workouts. Right now, they cannot be assigned to an on-demand library if they are basic clients. These are not individuals who want coaching services and just want access to the workouts they are used to in-person. I'm losing out on revenue by not being able to assign an on-demand library to them and I don't want them to take up individual coaching seats.
Maybe if there was a way to have an on-demand library that is not part of a master…

Nested Folders on the Client Side to Improve Organization
I understand that we can tag workout programs on our side to be able to sort through them, but exercise programs are extremely unorganized on the client side. As an example, there are 25+ Les Mills programs. Sorting through these on the client side is completely overwhelming. It would be helpful to create separate folders to add programs to in order to help guide clients to the correct program. Honestly, it would help across all programs written in the app.

Create a WOD and add it to their program after it's completed.
Create a WOD and be able to add it to their program after we decide it's a good workout for them. I often will have clients with injuries and so I create a workout for them to try, and once completed, I look over their notes to see if there are any concerns. If not, I usually add it into their programming regularly and don't want to have to put together the workout again.

Import a master program to a client via iphone app
Having your shared and personal programs available to edit, copy and subscribe to a client on the phone app would be really useful when on the move. This way if a new client signs up or a current client needs a new program, you can do it using your phone, and make any necessary edits too.

Allow clients to enter the color or weight of bands when tracking superband exercises
Clients that have banded exercises currently only have the option to track reps completed in banded exercises. Please add a box for them to note the band color, or band weight so they can still progress with banded work.

Add a warm up set within the same exercise
Would be great to have the ability to add a warm up set within the same exercise. For example: You slide over Barbell bench press and with that same video you can adjust for work sets and warm ups. Currently I have to either manually type in warm up or add a second video

Quick codes for trainers to progress next workout
From workout to workout, clients will progressively gain strength in exercises. When I track them with pencil and paper, I used codes to let me know if the weight was in their zone or if they needed progressive load/increase. I used simple marks like * or ! In the app, I can add notes but it isn’t as easily accessible. A simple check box would let me and the client who works out without me know that they are ready to go up next session.
