edit rest periods in progression window along with sets & reps
I would like to be able to edit the rest periods along with the sets/reps in the progression set up. as the reps increase or decrease, I would like to adjust the rest time accordingly workout to workout, or even set to set.

Access to see the daily workouts you have assigned to a client from the app
I wish there was a way to easily see the workouts you have assigned to a client on the app. I’ll have clients ask me questions about a workout and I have to wait until I can go pull it up on my computer. It would be so much easier to be able to do it from the phone and get their questions answered quickly.

blank textbox for workout programming
I would love an options to enter programming in a textbox format instead of adding movements individually. For example, if you add an option in the initial workout creation that generates a text box just like this forum for me to input my workout. Then I can add supplemental videos for odd movements. This would make it more CrossFit friendly for us trainers that are certified or programming this way.

Workout Programs
When you open up a clients profile, there should be a small spot that shows what all programs they have previously been on for workouts. This would help so you don't put them on a workout they have previously completed.

Notes to daily calendar
please add the option for clients to add a note on each day along with all the other options workout, cardio, body stats, photos and meals. This would be helpful to let me know if they were sick, have their period or other pertinent info that would help me make necessary changes for the following week

Edit Option in Calendar view
It would help to have an edit workout option in the calendar view so you don't have to switch between pages to update their training program at the end of each month

New Program needed reminders via phone notification
When juggling clients and a busy life sometimes an email reminder gets lost. I would love to have a banner notification on my phone that my client will need the next program. I want to set eithe reminder for 1 week before or 6-1 days before a new program is needed.

Archiving Workout Programs
I have some clients with special modifications within their programs. If they leave for a period of time, I would love to have the ability to archive the program I build similar to how I archive a client so that I can reference it in the future but it doesn't take up a ton of room in my Master Programs dashboard. Maybe the option to set as Active and Inactive similiar to the "Shared" and "Mine" Fodlers

Add a 'Rehab/Recovery' top-level category
Currently there are only 2 top-level categories: the blue square 'workouts' and the green circle 'cardio'. These categories are prominently displayed on the client dashboard in the 'activity by week' graphs and the 'all time completed' sections, as well as in the color coordinated calendar view.
It would be GREAT if you could add a category for 'recovery' activities that could also be tracked and managed in the same manner. Perhaps a yellow oval or a purple star? The color/icon shape doesn't matter. But Recovery is such a major part of any successful training program, and we would love to…

Specific exercise benchmark testing
Example: 1 mike run, 1000 meter row, push up, timed plank, wall sit... measurements are exciting but exercise related standard tests would make it more well rounded

Undo delete button, estimated calculated workout length
An undo button for when I accidentally delete workouts!

Add a copy and past in to the workout builder. Especially for interval training.
To build workouts much faster, a copy and paste feature where the (select and) delete exercises or circuit a group of exercises.

More cable exercises for legs and glutes!
Add variations of leg movements on cables. Ex: cable squat, cable stationary lunge, cable stuff leg deadlift

improve the "substitute" exercise function
It would be great if when clients went to substitute a move they had options limited to exercises they have done historically or even direct progression or regression options.
Maybe having some pre-selected options as backups when programming, instead of clients opening the full library to all potential substitutes.
Equally maybe just swapping for that particular round instead of the whole workout in the case of a piece of kit being used temporarily.

Ability to see future exercises during intervals
Clients struggle with the interval workouts because they cannot reference future exercises. I feel like the entire workout should be off to the side so they can be ready for each circuit.
