more food tracking app options
Clients should have more options of food tracking apps other than fitnesspal and the trainerize app. I really enjoy the Loseit! app for food tracking, and while i can have clients use that app to track and share it with me, its much easier to have it all in once place. More food tracking apps in general would be super helpful for options

Add new individual meals directly over mobile app
I would like to create new meals directly in the app, just as I can add new exercises to the master library from the mobile app.

Ability to set custom macros
I find that usually protein intake is way to high for clients on maintenance/build since the lowest split is 30% of total calories.
It would be great if we as trainers could modify at least that protein field and set custom goal.

Allow multiple modes of nutrition tracking
Clients shouldn't have to choose between in-app tracking and myfitnesspal. I want to add my recipe library to the in-app tracking, and allow clients to add those while also adding their own meals via myfitnesspal if they so choose. OR - give an option to see "meal library" of all the meals I've added that they can draw inspiration from

Adding two nutrition goals (high/low days) and two meal plans
Some clients are following a higher calories/carb meal plan on training days and lower calories/carbs on rest days. I'd love to be able to include two pdfs in the meal plan section and two nutrition goals.

Have the meals separated into four categories rather than just three. Meaning: Carbs, Fats, Protein AND Greens.
I urge my clients to build their plates in 4 categories being the ones I mentioned above. Having a "greens" included allows them to make an easy mental checklist for something they're normally lacking in their diets. I think this would be a great addition and help a lot more people on their nutrition journey. Please consider!

On/ off option for client to set their own macros for hands-off coaching
A client-type option OR setting option that coaches can turn on or off for clients to be able to set their own macros like they would in myfitnesspal or other macros tracking apps. This allows coaches to offer an option for a more hands-off approach for lower-tier coaching.

The ability to see weekly averages for macros as well as fibre intake
Averages are important. Ones calories/macros may be low one day or higher another but a weekly average gives better data. As well as adding fibre intake. This allows us to know where many of their carbs are coming from

Notes section added to the meals so you can make modifications.
Most of the meals in here simply aren't practical. With a few modifications, they could be. Add a notes section to each meal where you can tell the client what substitutions they need to make to align the plan with their needs

Categories for the nutrition library, similiar to programs for the exercise library.
Example: Travel Category. I aim to assist busy professionals by curating a specialized food library tailored for travelers. This collection will include easy-to-prepare recipes, convenient on-the-go meals, and suitable options available at airports. The client will be assigned to this specific library, ensuring the offerings feel customized to their needs. This approach allows clients to easily swap meals as needed, ensuring that every option in their plan is practical and relevant for travel, without being cluttered with unsuitable recipes.

Condense and organize grocery list
Organize grocery list into categories:
Protein, produce, seasonings, ect.Condense grocery list, if two meals use chicken, combine the amounts for the ease of client to know the amount they need to purchase rather than list them out multiple times for each meal. Same with seasonings and other items.
Right now the list gets pretty overwhelming and practically unusable when there is pages of ingredients.
Happy to have the grocery list now and with these changes, it will be a very useful tool!

Ability to customize nutrition target buffer
It would be very helpful from a client compliance perspective to have the ability to provide a custom buffer for our client's nutrition targets.
For example, right now we can only select a buffer in 10% increments, and that buffer is for both above and below their nutrition targets.
However, many of us would love the ability to provide an under-only, over-only, or under/over buffer using specific percentages, as well as specific calorie and gram values for our client's calorie and macro targets respectively.
This could look like "100 calories under calorie goal" and "10g under OR over protein goal",…
