This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Multiple Check-In Forms

    It is great that we have the ability to create a check-in form now within Trainerize, but would love the ability to create check-in forms for each trainer in our account or the ability to have various check-in forms for the different types of clients in our account (in person / hybrid / online / etc).

  2. Make the check in form longer than 10 questions!

    Have the check in form be longer than 10 questions.

    I'm pumped about the ability to have a check in form right in Trainerize and so is every other coach I know, however, we were all let down to know that you are only allowed to have 10 questions max.

    Would love the ability to add more questions to the form (maybe a limit of 20) or even a section which you can free text that isn't necessarily a question so it doesn't use up a question slot.

    Have multiple tabs for different clients, so when you're training a group of people you can track everyone.

  4. Quick calendar switch from client to client

    In the desktop view, it would be amazing if you could switch quickly from a client's calendar to another client's calendar, via arrows/drop down menu. I believe the only way from calendar to another client's calendar is to "return to overview" first, search for a client, and then go to their calendar.

    Thanks for sharing your idea!

    We've added an ability to open multiple tabs in the browser, each of which can have a calendar open. This solves the need mentioned in this idea.

  5. Allow Trainers to have a 14 day free trial for clients- without taking up paying clients seats / available seats in the trainers system.

    Doing free 14 day trials / challenges helps trainers build some proof and sell clients into a full program. However, they currently take up a seat on our paid clients roster. It would be nice to have maybe up to 20 seats/slots for clients to do a 14 day trial with us, that does not occupy a seat from our allowance. I know PT distinction allows for this currently at no charge to the trainer. as well as a couple other apps. Would love to see trainerize be able to match something like this for us- even with limited spots…

  6. Ability to invite unlimited non-digital coaching clients to make appointments and take payments without taking up an active client seat.

    I have to reactive someone’s account and set up a subscription right now. I wish I could just let people book appointments and make payments without taking a digital coaching seat. Something like a "lite" client account.

    Have unlimited people you can invite to pay and book appointments.
