Change exercise type
Be able to change exercise type for different workouts.
Currently the exercise type (the way logging it displays for the client) is directly tied to each individual exercise. I’d like the ability to change this in each workout the exercise is programmed rather than having to create a different exercise.
For example:
Being able to change rowing to meters (distance)or calories (reps), or time.
Or
Being able to change an air squat from endurance (reps only) to general display for warmups. The exercise can still have a default type setting like it is currently, but the ability to change on…

More unit options available for exercises
Being able to choose the type of metrics for every exercise instead of being limited by certain exercises and the provided metrics.
For example, a TechnoGym - Skill Mill exercise should have a dropdown menu option for choosing metrics like watts, Weight resistance, Distance should have an option for other distance units in addition miles (e.g., yards).

schedule workouts in programs
When scheduling workouts within a program, it would be extremely helpful to be able to see what days already have workouts on them. In other words, if I want to use the "schedule" button in the program builder to schedule "Workout 1" and "Workout 2" on alternating days, it would help to see what days already have a workout in them, as opposed to showing a blank calendar each time I open "Schedule." Maybe each workout within a program can have a different color, so I can see what days have what workout in them? Otherwise I'm always cross-referencing with…

Allowing Freestyle Workouts to be saved in clients workout
When I create a freestyle workout, sometimes I want clients to re do that exact workout. There should be a way you can copy freestyle workout without having to re write the workout.

Ability to plan out muscle group volume by sets
It can be challenging to calculate just how much volume a particular muscle group will receive in a workout and week. It would be great if the app could graph how many sets a particular muscle group will be exposed to in a workout and across the week when planning training programs. It would greatly benefit stimulus/fatigue management. I can't imagine this being too difficult to implement as the exercise library already has the main muscle groups for an exercise recorded; it would just need to calculate total sets per muscle group and graph/table it.

Change the rest intervals between exercises in a single superset in the progression spreadsheet.
I would like to be able to change the rest intervals between exercises in a single superset (not between supersets) in the progression spreadsheet.

Add "jogging"
Currently you can only add "Running" or "Walking" from the exercise library when creating workouts. Could you add "Jogging" as well. Eliminates confusion with beginning or deconditioned clients. ALSO, if you could add an ability to have RPE as a target field that'd be great!

More metrics for “hiking” activity
I work with a lot of hikers/outdoors people, and they like to share their mileage and elevation gain, not just the time it took to hike.
Please add more metrics for the hiking activity.

Repeat occurrence for scheduling Workouts
The app already asks for the phase length so you should just simply be able to schedule "every Monday" and then it should automatically fill the schedule. The fact that I have to click each and every day on that calendar is silly and a waste of time.

After the set of an exercise is done, if there is a rest right after, automatically start it so the client can be taken accountable
After the weight is entered in, the rest timer starts

The ability to create quizzes
Have a section where we can build out custom learning courses where they check off each step before they can move on to the next one. Each step can include text, survey/quizzes, or videos. It would be nice to create our own library of these courses to upsell or offer free to clients.

Ability to track client's heart rate throughout entire workout/cardio activity etc.
Currently the app only shows average, max and min heart etc.
It would be GREAT to be able to see a full graph of their heart rate throughout the entire workout/activity.
This can be pulled from any of the major phone's health apps. This would be great to be able to see their heart rate at certain times (spikes) / make sure they're consistent if training at a certain zone. It would pair well with the RPE and other stats.
Thanks!

Progression spreadsheet should allow changing # of circuits in interval workouts
When editing progressions in interval workouts, it would be useful to change the number of times a circuit is repeated from week to week. Right now, I can only edit rest intervals and set duration. Adding this change would make progressing client volume much easier.

Create a customized option under "cardio" for the calendar.
Create an option under "cardio" in the calendar while scheduling. When I'm creating my client's calendar I have to pick one of the set cardio to show when our PT sessions are. I'd like to be able to put that on the schedule but there isn't any option. Thank-you

Change the options for rest time in workout builder
The options for rest time in the workout builder increase in 5 second increments for 0-60 seconds, but then jump from 60 to 90 seconds. I would like 75 seconds to be added as an option, as well as 2.5 and 3.5 minutes, etc.

Add a warning prompt when unscheduling workouts from the Training Program > Schedule mini calendar
When using the Schedule feature on a client's training program, you are able to unschedule complete workouts from the Schedule mini-calendar without a warning prompt. Once unscheduled the data for this workout is lost.
Suggestion: Add a tooltip or warning prompt when unscheduling complete workouts from this mini-calendar.
