Writing Workouts without Using Thumbnails Videos
It would be great to be able to format writing programs without having to use a video thumbnail. Many of my seasoned clients do not need video thumb nails. It also takes a bit longer to write out the programs because I have to attach a video with it. Exercise.com has this option.

Add strength training to activities list
Would love for a client to be able to choose an “open” strength training activity/workout just like the rest of the activity list. Not necessarily to track the exact exercise but to at least mark that a strength training workout was done and how long they were active for. Would be really helpful for clients who aren’t normally doing specific strength workouts but throw some in occasionally. Way easier on the coach too so that we don’t have to add random strength training workouts to the clients plan so that they can be tracked. The only activity currently with any…

Easily check off exercises when finished instead of manually entering the numbers
The system will have automatically put in the numbers based on the reps and weight you prescribed in the work out. These numbers will be faded slightly and made darker if the client presses the check mark or complete.
Additionally, they can overwrite the numbers if anything is different.
Small thing but can save time by just pressing the check mark.
This can also be useful for exercises that are just done for completion, and just reps (mobility exercise, foam roll, warm up etc etc)3 votes -
Day on calendar highlighted
The day that the client is on in their program needs to be highlighted or marked in some way on the program calendar, so that we know exactly what day they are on in the program calendar. It would make it a lot easier to know what day they are talking about when they make enquiries about their workout for that day or week.

More rest times
Could you add more rest time options such as
75 seconds
100 seconds
2.5 minutes

It would be very useful for us and for clients, if in the case for INTERVAL training, when exercises starts, the video should START in the SAME TIME with the counter. I am refering to the videos uploaded by the trainers! THNAK YOU SO MUCH!

Add button for "add new set" to apple watch app
When using the phone app, you can easily "add new round" to any given circuit. When using the apple watch app, this is not an option. Would be helpful to have the option to go through any given set another time while using the watch app too.

QUICK copy+paste, quick edit within calendar
Quickly progress a client's workout by copying and pasting a workout (within calendar) and making a change. Currently, it's a long process to simply change one thing like increasing volume or intensity - you have to go into the training program, duplicate, rename it, and make the update to increase reps. This is too long for something so simple. Many clients do the same thing within a phase but increase volume or intensity each week.

Unilateral tracking
Have the option to track the left and right sides for unilateral exercises. Also, have the option to open more than one client at a time if you are doing group training.

Better tracking for machines that use assistance
On machines that use assistance (machine assisted pull ups), the heavier the weight the easier the exercise. We need to be able to track progress so that it shows the lower the weight, the more progress the client is seeing. This way they can see that they are achieving their personal bests at the end of the workout.

Inbuilt workout video feature for client programs
Have a inbuilt camera upload feature in the clients workout plan then the coach can overview technique feedback once the session is completed. E.g like True Coach feature.

Better Filtering for Workouts so Clients Filter the Workout they want for that Day
It Would allow clients to click on a filter or folder that has the program/workout they want to do that day.

Expansion of Trackable Performance Goals
Automatically tracked goals, similar to the weight goal, would be useful.
Examples could be 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, 1km run, 5km bike, 500m row etc.

Review by Workout Filter Fix
The Review by Workout filter only shows the current workout selected, so is not really a filter. Adding the ability to select any workout in the program, or at least the current phase, would be helpful.

add in Reps in Reserve and/or Rate of perceived exertion with each set.

I'd like to be able to insert "Rest" directly into the a workout I'm building.
We should be able to drag and drop "Rest" instead of it being automatically added to the end of a session.
