We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Can you make promotional video that I can use for my Facebook page or website?

    I want a professional video to use on my Facebook page that shows potential clients how Trainerize will work for them.
    Would it also be possible to share videos from the exercise library to Facebook/Instagram so I can post an 'Exercise of the day'?

  9. Short videos showing different app features that I can send to my clients

    Short how to videos with different features of the app. This would eliminate so much confusion on “how do I xyz”, and could just send them videos!

  13. Link popular Sleep Tracking Apps such as Sleep Cycle

    Although there are already links via Apple Watch, Fitbit and Withings wearables, not everyone has these.

    However everyone can download apps such as the popular app Sleep Cycle.

    Could there be an integration where data from Sleep Cycle is brought across, showing things such as Sleep Quality %, number of hours in bed, vs number of hours asleep?

  15. Tile data (sleep/steps/RHR/etc) added into weekly calendar view

    I think it'd be great if we could add the tiles that sync from Apple Health (or others) into weekly calendar view when we as coaches are working on PC?
    For instance, when reviewing my client's week (I do 100% nutrition coaching), I can see their weight and calories consumed, plus if they checked any habits that I set for them, it'd also be immensely helpful to see their Step and Sleep data in this view rather than just within the tiles in their Dash.

  17. Add “Push” as wheelchair cardio option to match the Apple Watch feature

    I train all wheelchair users and they are requesting to be able to do a wheelchair push for their cardi option (an adapted walk or run for wheelchair user). Now that Trainerize is syncing to the Apple Watch, my clients would like to take advantage of the wheelchair features with the Watch and Trainerize.

    Encouraging clients to mediate daily and keep track of mindful minutes will greatly improve client's focus, performance, and help them de-stress from the day to day activities from work, school, kids, life.

  19. Make PAR-Q & Waiver process automatic so that PDFs are not being sent back and forth.

    Clients having to download PDF versions of the PAR-Q and Waivers is inefficient. They are not likely to actually download, print off, and scan these documents back. It would be AWESOME to make this forms similar to the consultation form- something they have to fill out as a part of their sign up process.
