End of Month" monthly summary report
I think it'd be great to have the system send an "End of Month Report" to each client with stats like:
Total Workouts.
Average workouts per week.
Personal Bests summary
Nutritional summary with average calories, carbs, fat, protein.
etc..
Most "online fitness options" do something like this as a way to give clients a feeling of accomplishment at months end. This would be a great way for us to show how we are helping clients get stronger and healthier.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We've added this to our work queue. We'll post further updates here as our teams pick it up to work on it.
Please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

A monthly performance report would make my life easier. Anything I use Trainerize for now, I can or already do on my own, including the reports. A monthly performance report would keep me as a customer. The lack of performance report would have me explore other options for platforms, while I continue to do them manually.

I support Brenna's comments - can we please move this along?

This was added to the queue and has been a notification in Trainerize for six YEARS now- usually you all are faster at key updates than this.
I honestly can't think of a more necessary feature for streamlining program updates and being able to provide clients with services like quarterly reviews or a consolidated summary of their progress. New features like voice messages aren't a priority when in the context of not having the capabilities to scale by increasing service and decreasing the load on Coach's time in the first place, respectfully.
Can we get an update on this? Ideally before 2031

An all in one summary report at the end of a training phase. Reporting: which exercises were substituted- organized by workout and dates (Giving us an idea if they didn't like that exercise, the gym didn't have that piece of equipment, or it was always busy and they couldn't get on it). How many workouts & cardio sessions were completed each week - be great to enter their weekly goal (3 lifts. 2 cardio - 30 mins ea). Average weekly macro intake. Progress review (weight, bodyfat, muscle mass, waist measurement)

It would be helpful to track client's progress by summarizing the number of completed workouts in a month and year.

I would like to see a monthly report that has:
1. Total workouts week and month along with monthly averages available over a month range.
2. Rep ranges that include target and actual.
3. Weight records that show baseline and improvements from that baseline to include percentage increase/decrease by movement/exercise.
4. PR's for each lift. -

That's a great concept! A clear sense of achievement would be given to clients through a "End of Month Report" that included statistics such as total workouts, personal bests, and dietary summaries. The purpose of South Asian Strong is to empower clients on their fitness journeys by tracking their progress and keeping them encouraged to reach their goals, and this fits right in with that mission!
