End of Month" monthly summary report
I think it'd be great to have the system send an "End of Month Report" to each client with stats like:
Total Workouts.
Average workouts per week.
Personal Bests summary
Nutritional summary with average calories, carbs, fat, protein.
etc..
Most "online fitness options" do something like this as a way to give clients a feeling of accomplishment at months end. This would be a great way for us to show how we are helping clients get stronger and healthier.

That's a great concept! A clear sense of achievement would be given to clients through a "End of Month Report" that included statistics such as total workouts, personal bests, and dietary summaries. The purpose of South Asian Strong is to empower clients on their fitness journeys by tracking their progress and keeping them encouraged to reach their goals, and this fits right in with that mission!

This is more important than new exercise videos or new meals on the app. The version we had was good enough.
How long can it possibly take to implement some simple changes to what we had?
Could you not leave that version up while you work on the new one? 🤷🤷🤷 -

Upvoting for the "month-wise sessions" report.
Also, in the Review by Workout section of the Progress tab, the Date-wise selection is not working properly (quite erratically).
I tried to view my workouts from 01-Sep-2024 to 12-Sep-2024, but it kept picking the end-date as 12-Oct-2024 despite clicking on 12-Sep, or even typing 12-Sep manually. -

I would love monthly reports and yearly reports to send to my clients so they can get some positive feedback about their progress and have something tangible to help motivate them.

All of my customers are complaining that their historical data gets lost and would like to get reports on their progress. How far out can I got to get data? A monthly report would be very helpful.

Totally needful. Incorporating the following
Progress metrics that are already in the app
- Body composition, Sleep, Steps, total calories burned,
- Workout completed
- Nutriton adherence
- It would be awesome to be able to see habits as well.Either way, seeing all of the things in a summary - maybe even auto messages enabled if they fall below a certain adherence rate on workouts or something etc....

This is a CRITICAL report need. Why are the monthly reports not working? This used to work for YEARS and they have been disabled for FAR too long. It's an absolute PAIN to see my clients progress.
Is the expectation for me to open each workout day individually, scroll to the exercise in question, write it on a piece of FREAK'n paper, then open the week's prior workout, scroll write that down, then do that again and again so I can see the entire month?!?!?!
I don't have 20 mins to do this for each of my clients every month.
It's making my support role on progress and guidance to my clients essentially impossible.
Yes, I'm very passionate about this report and I'm very upset and dissatisfied this report has gotten ZERO attention.
