centralized messaging - remove comments and just use messages
Currently my client messages me from several different areas in the platform. All messaging should be centralized or at the least sync into one messaging center. Is there a way to centralize all messages. For example, anytime my client completes a workout for the day, the message I send to congratulate her is only visible in the notification for the workout she completed. It does not sync to Primary Messaging. Is there a way to get it to sync so I am not going in so many areas to find messages sent?

I notice that when I get an activity notification the messages received and when I respond do not sync back to the primary messaging center. I believe this will help us to track our communication, deliver more consistent messaging, be more efficient and minimize confusion. For example, I commented on an activity and my client didn’t notice it. Also, when my client sent me a message I didn’t know where to retrieve it as it wasn’t in the PM system.
