Have a 'setting' section for each exercise
Add a section for both clients and/or coaches to fill in the settings for a specific exercise.
e.g. Back Squat --> Rack height 8, spotter arms height 15
e.g. Seated Rope Row to Beck --> pulley height nr 5
e.g. Bench Press --> Rack height 15, spotter arms height 22
e.g. Leg Extension --> Seat at nr 3, leg pads at nr 2
You get the message by now, I think ;-)
