record video calls
Sometimes for liability reasons, it might be good to be able to record the calls.

yes and I do coaching calls through the app calls as well so I would like to record them and post on social media as content.

it is very important to my business and to the business of many coaches. honestly, this was the only reason that made me consider for a long time whether to use the platform. This is one of the biggest props in the app!

Like the others have said. This is the ONLY reason I cannot use Trainerize video call feature. I need to recored them so I can share them with the client. I often cover detailed things that the client has to listen to again. How is this not a feature is probably a better question when all other apps do it and even transcribe the calls.

This is NOT a luxury. This is an absolute necessity for legality, client education, playback for anyone unable to attend, product development and marketing. I am shocked this is unpopular and not yet already a feature.
This is the sole reason I won't purchase the Video Add On feature over Zoom until it's changed.

It is super important when using video calling for groups to be able to record the session and send to group members who cannot attend in real time or for those who wish to watch the training again. I have to continue using and paying for zoom, which takes members out of the tranerize app to host my calls because I need them recorded. I also offer fitness classes via zoom and always record them to build my on-demand library. With your video offering it comes with calling an streaming, but my video calling is for fitness classes I record and then use for my video streaming classes and your build out does not allow for this to be done. Again, having to use zoom when it seems like an easy addition for Tranerize!

This is a MUST. I am contemplating getting the video-add on. I need it because I want to build an on-demand video library, but my dilemma is I want to use one source, and I run my workout classes as live zoom classes where I then upload the recording to make an on-demand library. Your video add-on requires me to still use zoom because I need to pull the recording to upload into your on-demand library. I don't understand why you do not have a record option if you are offering video coaching... is this an easy add?

This is the difference between me using Zoom vs. Trainerize. I often edit stuff I say/do during sessions to create new videos.

Being able record coaching calls and online PT i feel like is a missed opportunity and something I wish I could do! This helps greatly with advertising to potential clients. This also helps with feedbacks of calls and sessions so we know where to improve upon
