I had just 4 members in a group chat and it was crazy making having to scroll up and understand who was replying to who. Being able to foster a community is crucial in today’s competitive market and the chat is a game changer, but it is not conducive to productivity or ease of use how it is currently set up. In addition to reply threads, we need to be able to PIN messages to the top and have ANNOUNCEMENT BOARDS where the trainer and keep important messages and not have these lost in the chat. Also having a better way to organize shared files by categories of what’s being shared. Additional emoji options would be great, too.

Thanks!An error occurred while saving the comment It would be nice for this to be a daily, weekly, monthly lesson, meaning that the educational video doesn't have to be "every day." Would be nice to more so categorize these videos by "Topics or Courses" as well and have the ability to attach educational content in the form of pdfs and it turn into an "on-demand" library of our Topics/ Courses with video + educational pdf content combined!
An error occurred while saving the comment For us paying for a branded Tranerize App, we should be able to edit the videos inside Habits to be videos of us as the trainer/coach delivering the content, rather than a stock video using a model like you have currently. It makes it unprofessional to see videos of random people and not us as the trainer/coach. I believe this is an easy fix!
An error occurred while saving the comment As Tranerize is moving to an all encompassing wellness platform that houses nutrition coaching. The name WOD is no longer relevant for those using Tranerize for a nutrition coaching business and therefore should be "COD" or "TOD" -- Challenge of the Day or Training / Tip of the Day. This way we can include whatever content we wish to motivate our groups which can range from a workout to a nutrition tip to a challenge to a wellness scavenger hunt-- the list goes on! It is all about getting our group members to participate and deliver information in a fun and interactive way to them! This is also an easy name change for Tranerize!

An error occurred while saving the comment It is super important when using video calling for groups to be able to record the session and send to group members who cannot attend in real time or for those who wish to watch the training again. I have to continue using and paying for zoom, which takes members out of the tranerize app to host my calls because I need them recorded. I also offer fitness classes via zoom and always record them to build my on-demand library. With your video offering it comes with calling an streaming, but my video calling is for fitness classes I record and then use for my video streaming classes and your build out does not allow for this to be done. Again, having to use zoom when it seems like an easy addition for Tranerize!

An error occurred while saving the comment Super important, as I share pdf's and ppt presentations on my calls and therefor have to continue using zoom, but would prefer to use tour video calling and keep everything under one roof. You guys just need to expand your abilities for video calls.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is super important as so many of us are paying for the Tranerize App with personal branding to represent our personal brand. The current Emjoi offerings for groups are outdated and amateur in design. We should be able to upload our own images files for Group Icons. I see this as a very easy fix!

Why are needed suggestions sitting in the "planned" stage for over a year... we need further updates on expected Beta or release date, as I have to operate my business on other platforms until some of your "planned" features roll out. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A DATE FOR DELIVERY ON THIS!
