Session Credits Report
Right now, 01/2022, it is nearly impossible to track and know where our clients stand on remaining sessions and historical appointment tracking.
We need a way to cleanly, easily, quickly ascertain past and future appts for a client and, maybe more importantly, how many sessions remain for a client.
This is a follow-up function that needs A LOT of enhancement! I have only been able to find one place for this, the client's profile on the web.
I really wish there was a new tab in the web platform added to the client overview that was for "Appointments" - maybe it would show last appt, next appt, and total avail and total remaining.
Lastly, in the Progress Reports area, a report that pulls the appt history for a client; when (date and time), meeting type and duration (filterable by month or type). It would also provide the notes for the meeting and whether that meeting was held, no show, rescheduled, late can-x.

Right now, I think the most important feature would be to see how many session credits they have to date. So they know how many they have and we know when renewal time is coming. Right now the client's profile on their app and on the web shows zero because all their session credits are scheduled. We would never schedule one at a time. We book our clients out for weeks or months so this will always say zero, but we will never know where we are at that point.

OMG...THIS! Every platform I've been with has had the ability for the owner/trainer to see what a client has completed and scheduled. This is key for managing their plans, but also showing why (or why not) they've gotten results (maybe they've scheduled and cancelled a lot...or had long breaks between workouts, etc).

Coming back July 23 to repeat that this is a necessity!
We need to be able to view ATTENDED sessions easily, whether this be a quickly pulled report on appointments, or a separate appointment tab in their profile/overview that shows a list of their appointment history - with totals. This is really a vital feature -

Yes! I find it impossible to actually track how many sessions a client has had, it seems to only track booked sessions which means if you book them a regular spot you have no way of knowing how many sessions are left to attend.

Ability to pull up a report of how many sessions left by client, or how many clients have low sessions counts so I can get them to rebook.

Yes. This is the only thing I miss from leaving the last platform I used. It just makes sense to at least see how many sessions are left
