you should include a "high carb option" so that it's about 25% P/ 50% C / 25% F
especially for endurance athletes

Also it not being customizable is highly unappealing to me. None of your suggested splits are what I start weight loss clients with. And what about making adjustments from that? Those beginning splits are merely starting points that need to be adjust based off of the response of the clients body to the meal plan. This is very unpractical and disappointing.
